As a team of 30 specialist Consultants, Application & Design Engineers, BIM & CAD Engineers, and support staff, our work rarely sits in the spotlight. Most people will never see the refrigeration plant behind a supermarket, the machinery room serving a distribution centre, or the countless hours spent designing systems that need to work, day after day.
Yet every project helps keep food safe, reduce waste and ensure everyone has access to the products they rely on.
Our industry has evolved far beyond simply providing cooling. Through innovation, research and development, we are delivering solutions that improve energy efficiency, reduce emissions, and support a more sustainable future.
Just as importantly, we continue to invest in people through apprenticeships, collaboration with universities, manufacturers and industry partners, helping to develop the next generation of engineers who will drive our industry forward.
